    Nutrition 53 Lean 1 has totally blown me away! I have been using nutrition performance products for almost 15 years. Never have I come across a product that scores a “100%” in every category.

    Taste: I have tried the Vanilla and the Chocolate. Both flavors are great, but I must admit that the Chocolate is the BEST of any products I have ever tried. It is almost too good!

    Prep: I use a blender most of the time, but have used a shaker. Either works well, and gives a smooth, non-gritty end result. Because it mixes well with water and taste great it is perfect to pack along. I am a photographer, and can be out in the country, far, far, away from civilization, for many hours and Lean 1 provides quick, easy fuel.

    Performance: I use two scoops for breakfast, before a workout, and this holds me until lunch! UNREAL! I don’t get hungry for about 3.5 hours. The same is true after lunch. So, I am good until dinner.

    Weight Loss: After only 3 days of usage and I have lost weight. I almost past out! I am shall we say, “49 forever”, and have several issues that make weight loss a difficult proposition. So, I am THRILLED beyond belief!

    Nutrition: Have you read the ingredient list? It is like reading the “The Top 40″ of best ingredients. You would think you were drinking a multi-vitamin. Pro:Carb:Fat ratio is excellent. I love that it contains so many antioxidents. Superior design all the way!

    Other: Lean 1 does not sit heavy on your stomach. Some performance products are like eating a brick.

    I read about this product in many fitness magazines, stating that It really works and that it tastes very good. As soon as it arrived I could not wait to try it. The taste was ok, better than other protein shakes but still had a little after taste. The shake tasted better with some ice blended in with the mixture, that way it was very cold. The product did help with hunger control which I was very impressed.(I would drink the shake along with some fresh fruit on the side) I would purchase again, but this time I will purchase the chocolate flavor over the vanilla. Maybe the chocolate flavor will be more delicious!

    I’ve been using this for a month and have enjoyed the quick and easy breakfast benefits to it. I do mix it with milk and yogurt however.

    Sucralose is an extremely evil product. It is a chlorocarbon…meaning it has chlorine…a substance that destroys human cells over the course of time. The cell recognizes the ‘carbon’ as a usable food and so it lets it in…and the chlorine atom which is compounded with the carbon, sneaks its way in. I brought this issue up with nutrition 53 when I learned this and stopped using it. They said ‘oh, there really isn’t that much sucralose in the product. Any amount is too much, especially when we are ingesting this stuff every single day…some people even use it more than once per day. Hopefully you will be able to do some of your own research on this product which makes so much money at the expense of human lives. Look for alternative protein powders which use stevia such as Jay Robb.

    It totally cuts my cravings… I am a school teacher and I have no time to eat. These shakes keep me full and full of energy. I just wish they were more affordable. It averages out to over $100 a month. And for someone who wants to do this long-term, it hurts.
