I was skeptical about taking this but I figured what the heck since it is natural. I had nothing to lose except a few bucks and a few pounds. I’ve only lost about 5 pounds after 2 months, which is ok. But to be honest, I haven’t changed my exercise or eating habits yet either. People claim decrease in appetites but I haven’t really felt that yet. I suppose it affects everyone differently.
About 6 week after taking this, I noticed an increase in energy. It may have been there earlier but I didn’t really look for it. It took me a couple of days to figure out it was the Acai doing this. I just took the stuff with my multi-vitamin in the morning and forgot about it. Now after 10 weeks I have tremendous increase in energy! I am not groggy in the mornings anymore. Normally it would take me 15 minutes to get out of bed. Now I can get up in 15 seconds!
I noticed increased energy throughout the whole day too. I feel so much more alert and don’t feel like a slug after lunch. I feel like the energy level is increasing more each day. I can’t believe a product can actually do this that is not only NOT bad for you, but is GOOD for you. It’s seems too good to be true but I’ll be buying more when this one runs out.
Note: Since Amazon.com is not selling this directly, I will let you know that you can get this from Sam’s Club for almost half the price of the marketplace sellers here. Also, beware of what seems to be fake testimonials on other Acai products listed on Amazon. The reviewers sound like what has been hitting my spam box lately and they usually have just that one review for what is possibly their product.

First off I would like to say that NO PILL on this planet is going to magically cause you to lose weight. If you want to lose weight there needs to be effort on your part. What this pill will do is suppress your appetite and then it’s up to YOU to make better food choices and control your portion sizes. If you want to speed up the weight loss add some exercise.
Personally I have been taking 2 pills in the A.M. and 1 in the early afternoon. My energy does seem to be up a bit but the biggest thing I have noticed is my appetite is suppressed which is the reason I bought this item. Now that I have some control over my normally huge appetite I am eating healthier foods- fruit, veggies, nuts and lean meats and am eating much less. I do not feel deprived and am not constantly looking for something to snack on either.
I think this supplement would make a wonderful addition to any one’s daily health routine. I am happy to say that I have lost a couple pounds the last few days.

It did suppress my appetite some but now I have to stop it as it makes me itch real bad. I believe my weight loss is solely from my dieting. My sister took it and didn’t diet and didn’t lose anything. I would continue it for the appetite suppressing it does if it didn’t make me itch and break out.

I’ve used this product for about a month now, 4 caplets per day, and its use coincides with me starting a new job, so that also might be a factor in me not thinking about food as much.
However, prior to taking this product, I would think about food all of the time and always be hungry for more. Not now. I feel fuller more often, longer, and from smaller amounts of food. It’s awesome. I highly recommend Acai Trim.

5:1 extract really means no Acai. I don’t doubt that the fruit may work but I doubt the amount of the actual fruit extract in there. I workout 3 times/week and eat right. Haven’t lost much weight and needed some extra help. This did nothing for me.
Now I am taking Apple Cider pills from GNC and I finally started to lose some weight after 3 weeks.
