   This product is mostly all natural besides the small ammt of natural caffeine so it does not make me jittery at all. I am not sure if I have seen an increased in energy, I honetly can’t tell but it has tottally suppressed my appetite! I feel full all the time and in fact I feel so full that I can’t even eat out of boredom, lol.

   I take this along with extra Hoodia since this only has a fairly small ammt of Hoodia and I eat less then half of what I used to eat. I have not even been trying to lose weight and I am losing about 2 lbs a week not excersizing.

   I try to walk about 2 times a week just around my complex but not a lot. I am really overweight so it is hard to do a lot of excrsizing and I get tired so easy but this product has really helped with my eating habbits.

   I don’t crave sweets anymore and just feel so full all the time. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with hunger pangs and now I can sleep throughout the night. I love that this product works without you even trying to lose weight and I am sure it would work more with excersize.

   I would HIGHLY recommend taking this product with extra Hoodia for the best results. Hoodia is an amazing appetite suppressant with NO none side effects. I love that this is all natural but yet it works great.

   You can also take it with other diet meds also since this item is natural for an added boost of weight loss!!

   It also helps you to lose excess fluids and so you can go to the restroom more for added weight loss and less bloating, the ingredient is natural too instead of taking harsh diurtics. I just feel that I look brighter and prettier after taking this product a short time. Chronium Picolanate is another added ingredient and it helps to burn fat also with no none side effects.

   I don’t work for the company, this is a sincere review about a product I feel strongly about. Taking this you don’t have to worry about harsh side effects and it really works. It will not make you lose a ton of weight quickly (unless you are taking it with other diet meds) however it will give a boost of weight loss to your diet or lifestyle that you allready have.

   I’ve used this product off and on for about six months now and I love it. One word of advice is to give it about 2 weeks to kick in, which is normal with most Hoodia products.

   Last week I was overeating like crazy (hormones didn’t help) and this week, like magic, I have it all under control again and am pretty much forcing myself to eat, which is very rare for me.
   
   This stuff is great!

   I was really excited about this product. I just wanted to lose about 10 lbs.
   
   I lost about 3lbs in 2 weeks and now I’m starting to get headaches everyday and some wierd
   
   type of sharp stomach pain that lasts all day. I would love to keep taking it because it really made my cravings
   
   and appetite go down and also I didn’t have the need to drink coffee anymore so it kept me pretty alert. But I feel
   
   like my body is trying to tell me something with these stomach aches (which don’t go away with
   
   food) and maybe I should try something a little less potent like Mega T without the hoodia.
   
   I gave my review 3 stars because this product might work well for somebody else and it’s worth a try
   
   at least.

   i am a personal trainer and i recommend these to all my clients. i actually have them delivered to my house on a regular basis from amazon . i cant say that you take it and watch the lbs fall off. i take it first thing in the morning before my work out to give me the extra energy, and my weight stays in a good range .. it cant hurt .. and they say that both green tea and hoodia are good for you ..im certainly not one to turn down caffiene.. try it and see for yourself

   This really does reduce your cravings. When I first started taking this medication, I was skeptical. Then I forgot to take it the other day, and I was eating like crazy. Took it twice today and haven’t had ANY cravings. I’m a woman and no cravings for chocolate if you know what I mean. Ladies this product works. Now I haven’t lost any weight yet. I”ve been taking it a few weeks so probably takes a while before you notice anything. This is not a weight loss pill in my opinion. This merely stops your cravings so you won’t gain any weight.
